Ordering Options

Order Online: Order online through our AstroShop using your MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card. We will email you a confirmation email with the items, total price, and quantities ordered.

Order by Fax or Mail: If you wish to order by fax or mail please contact Customer Service.

Wholesale Orders

International Orders

All countries outside of the United States please contact Customer Service for a quote. All international orders must be paid by cashiers check or money order. We accept wire transfers if you wish to expedite your order and must charge a $40 bank processing fee on top of the order and shipping costs. Shipments will be sent via US Airmail unless otherwise requested. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Some items cannot be shipped outside the U.S. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions. We encourage contacting us by email for more immediate correspondence with our Customer Service team.

Shipments may be subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Inquiries and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a prompt refund. Occasionally, we may ship the wrong item to you or you may find an item to be defective. With your shipped order you will be receiving a Return Form on the backside of your packing slip. Please use this for any returns. You can also download a pdf version or a text version of the Customer Returns Form.

If you have any questions about your order or products that were sent to you send email to service {at} or call us at 1-800-335-2624. Please include your confirmation number that is your last name and zip code so that we may expedite your inquiry.

We are unable to offer preview copies to school districts. All items are clearly and honestly described in the AstroShop and we urge you to read the descriptions carefully and pay close attention to product descriptions and recommended age levels. If an item is found to be inappropriate for your classroom needs, we will honor our unconditional guarantee.

Special Orders

The ASP accepts quantity orders for a small number of products no longer offered on our website. Please contact us for a quote, availability, and shipping costs if you wish to special order products on our Special Order price list. We offer great pricing on all of our products. The ASP is a non-profit organization and the AstroShop is our way of servicing the education and outreach community with our astronomy-related resources and materials. All of the profits from these sales go back into our education programs .
