Subscription Details

The ASP offers Institutions a special subscription rate to electronic Mercury magazine, our quarterly magazine published in January, April, July, and October. It carries semi-technical articles on current topics in astronomy, astrophysics, and space science, and is increasingly concentrating on how research scientists are becoming more involved in public education and outreach.

The rate is $72 per year for all institutions (U.S. & Foreign) per site (campus or department). Subscription include access to the electronic archives from 2007 on. We offer IP address authentication and do not require a license agreement for institutional subscriptions. The subscription is based on the calendar year (January – December). We do not offer perpetual access; if you do not renew your subscription you will lose all access to issues, past and present. If you are using a subscription agency, please contact your subscription agency to renew or order. You may also order/renew online or send us a purchase order using the online form or fax your purchase order to the Membership Department at 415-337-5205 or by email at membership {at} astrosociety.org. Please note: subscriptions are non-refundable.

Note: ASP Membership benefits are not included with the Institutional Mercury Subscriptions. If you wish to receive these benefits, you must join the ASP as an Individual or Technical Member. More information on membership.

Payment Methods: Purchase Order, Money Order, Check, or Credit Card. (U.S. Currency only). Wire transfers are accepted with a $30 bank fee. Please contact membership {at} astrosociety.org if you wish to pay by this method.
